• Contributed to the CSRD report as DR responsible on E1.

• Assured the correct implementation and risk monitoring of the Group Sector Policies and the Duty of Care law across BNPPF business via a 2 year' Steering Committee transformation program evolving C-level people covering all impacted entities (Business, Data, KYC & KYT, IT, Legal,...).

• Delivered ESG Trainings & Roadshows to the key impacted people across the bank.

• Act as a trusted companion with the RM's and key stakeholders (Risk, Compliance,…) during Clients' meetings and Commercial Credit files (incl. Yearly ESG review/assessment, Private Equity investment files, Import/Export finance files, Controversies analysis, Client acceptance Committee, …).

• Modernized the internal and external corporate web page and SharePoint to better inform and support the Businesses in the ESG journey.

• As Stream Owner of the ESG action plan and acting on behalf of BNPP RSE Group assured the tagging of 80% of the credit portfolio aligned with the ESG problematic/EU taxonomy (reduction of CO2 emission, bio-diversity, Human rights …).

- Managing a team of three people in charge of the implementation and the run of the Group Control Plan and Belgian regulatory controls.

- Coordinate improvement process (from definition to implementation) in close relation with HR Group, Risk and Compliance.

- Assure the reporting towards the HR Risk MT and assure the monitoring and

implementation of the Inspection General and Compliance recommendations.

- Develop KPI’s and dashboard in order to monitor the activity on a day-to-day basis.

- Assure the transfer of all HR OPC’ duties towards Central OPC team.

• Direct report to ExCo member for a pole of activity covering the non-banking business of BNP Paribas in Belgium representing a turnover of €900M.

• In a fast changing environment and under Paris' head office pressure, develop a homogeneous reporting (KPIs) for the different activities in order to deliver the commercial and financial view on business performance (Budget & Actuals).

• Reduced the cost on the managed perimeter by more than 30% and the allocated cost by 75%.

• Succeed with appropriate initiative to lower the procurement cost by 30%.

• Assure the monitoring and dully closing of Inspection General's recommendations

• As Head of the Depository Bank, I managed a team of 5 people dedicated to the regulatory, prudential and investment control for 25bn euro of funds' assets, represented the Bank during the quarterly and annual Board of Fund's and implemented an accurate financial process and tool for budget, costs and revenues monitoring and forecasting.
