At SPREAD, I led 3 major pricing evolutions to grow the ARPU tenfold.

After studying all customer data, I deployed several strategies (product, marketing, and sales) to reduce churn rate from 5% to 2.5%.

The 3rd major project was the migration of the subscription billing system. The original billing system was a custom development that supported the initial subscription model, but as the business model evolved, more and more invoices became special cases and had to be managed manually. This obviously caused numerous problems: management, customer relations, revenue....

My mission in this context was to:
- conduct a complete audit of existing tariffs and related contracts,
- propose a simplification of pricing structures for migration,
- build specifications for the selection of a subscription contract management solution,
- manage the deployment of the new solution,
- monitor and verify customer migration.

In less than a month, 100% of customers were migrated, and revenue recognition was seamless.
