Olivier Le Pape

Over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sector.

Telecommunications engineer graduated in 1996 from the École Nationale des Télécommunications de Bretagne, I started my career as a project manager in the deployment and implementation of telecommunications networks in the banking sector. This experience allowed me to become familiar with the offerings of the different players in the sector.

Following this experience, I worked for 12 years within several telecommunications operators during the various mergers that helped shape the landscape of players in the sector. I held positions in project management, bid management, technical and commercial team management, and then commercial management for the public sector. This last experience allowed me to meet major public sector players in France on multiple occasions and to know the appropriate service offerings for this type of client.

Since 2015, I have been supporting public and private clients in the purchase of their network, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure services. I also support IT service providers in the design of their service offerings, in the commercial training of their teams, and in their bid management projects.
