My name is Olivier LEGRAND, 43 years old, I have experience in the automotive industry from both the supplier and manufacturer side, from product concept, assembly concept, product design and assembly process design concurrently on Catia, followed by business management at the process supplier, up to factory assembly integration, fine-tuning and production launch following validation steps.

Throughout the project, I respect the cost, deadline, and quality objectives of the finished product. I consider the weight/robustness ratio of the assembly process (especially manual) to guarantee assembly conformity, and I plan dimensional monitoring and wear parts for the process from the design stage. Conformity is a requirement to ensure the final product's compliance.
