Revenue €80M - FGX €8M - approx. 300 employees. Studies enabling management decision-making on profitability development (Revenue, margin, cost, stock quality,...). Consulting and presentation to the management team of a global view of the hypermarket's activity on economic steering indicators (dashboard creation). Orientation of resource allocation (FGX, investments,...). Management of the accounting team (4 people). Replacement of the hypermarket director (sub-delegation).
