I support the commercial development of SAP training (internal, external, and self-paced learning): lead qualification, needs clarification, and alignment on the right learning path format. I bridge the gap between client and individual requests and the team that develops offerings and deliverables. I advance the pipeline in a structured manner, with regular follow-up and a consulting-oriented approach.

I teach the intersection of macroeconomics and sustainability: how these dynamics influence global stability. I use the UN SDGs as a framework to analyze current international issues. My goal: to help students look beyond the headlines and understand the real drivers behind major global transformations.

I drove growth by aligning customer needs with the product roadmap for AI TTS and STS (Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Speech): prioritizing topics that made business sense. I managed the entire customer cycle, from discovery and solution design to contract negotiation and onboarding. I also acted as a liaison between tech teams and clients to ensure delivered tools addressed field issues.
