Implemented discovery, with user research (interviews, focus groups, user flows) and delivery. Redesigned the candidate journey on the web/mobile application (↓ 18% drop-off rate). Designed educational tools for instructors (NPS +12 points). Created a design system in collaboration with development teams. Prepared & led framing workshops with PO/PM and stakeholders.

MakeImpact is a Danish startup that advises young people on investing. Created a complete UI Kit to standardize the interface and accelerate design/development processes. Co-designed the tone of voice to harmonize communication on the app, social media, and email, through workshops involving marketing teams and stakeholders. Redesigned the "match" feature based on the analysis of an underutilized user study (↑ usage rate from 10% to 40%).

Odigo, a subsidiary of Capgemini, is a contact center SaaS solution dedicated to customer experience. Implemented a design system in collaboration with Indian development teams and designers (reduced feature creation time from 3 months to 1 month (-66%)). Redesigned the agents' toolbar during calls, through interviews and user testing (reduced execution time by 25%). Conducted, presented, and delivered a UX audit (Bastien & Scapin heuristics) to stakeholders.
