Olivier is responsible for the Agile Guild at Neoxia and is involved in developing the agile competence implemented on most of our projects.

MI-GSO PCU3ED, the largest program and project management consulting firm in the world, launched a digitalization project for its support and client services in 2019. Through an intuitive interface, users should be able to take notes during a meeting and easily identify elements to extract and work on later.

Since 2020, MI-GSO PCU3ED has been working with a technical partner, IPPON, to develop this platform called "PMO Digital platform". After the initial stage of defining the backlog and the platform's UX/UI, MI-GSO PCU3ED decided to start the MVP development of the platform with another technical partner and invited NEOXIA / SKALE-5 as a potential partner to work with.

Air Liquide – Metrics Platform

In this project, I held a dual role of Scrum Master and proxy Product Owner, managing and coordinating teams around the metrics platform. My main objective was to ensure the smooth running of agile cycles while optimizing development processes and ensuring fluid communication between all stakeholders.

Scrum Master: Facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, retrospectives, etc.), facilitating discussions, and resolving obstacles to maintain team productivity.

Proxy Product Owner: Managing the product backlog, defining priorities based on business needs and user feedback. Collaborating with different teams to clarify requirements and ensure delivered features meet expectations.

Team Coordination: Synchronizing different teams (development, quality, infrastructure, etc.) to ensure cohesion and a shared understanding of project objectives. Tracking dependencies and critical tasks to avoid delays.

Performance Monitoring: Using project management tools and metrics to track sprint progress, analyze results, and adjust strategy accordingly.
