Operational manager turned consultant, I work with executives and managers who need to achieve results in difficult contexts: tense teams, taking up new roles, transformation, internal conflicts, loss of framework.

I don't sell management discourse, I work with you on the concrete situations you are going through. What to say, to whom, how, when.

I have the theory (Neoma MBA, ACC Coach certification, 500+ managers coached in 15 years). But what I sell is getting things moving.

I offer services in part-time management, individual coaching for executives and managers, collective training for small groups, and on-site support.

I have worked with SNCF, Club Med, Le Ponant, Iliad, Quitoque, Adyoulike, and several higher education institutions (CNAM, IPAG, MBA ESG, EFREI, Collège de Paris).

Bilingual French-English, comfortable in multicultural contexts, based in Marseille with possible travel.
