Olivier Janoueix

After 8 years of managing financing applications and European project management in various fields (mobility, industry, energy, telecom, research), I turned to the digital world where I was able to leverage my experience in project management and leadership, and develop PMO and Product Owner skills in digital product development and change management for organizational digital transformation.

My methodological approach: simplicity, efficiency, pragmatism, and no-fuss. I see different methodologies as toolboxes. Rather than blindly applying a method, I prefer to pick and choose from methods and select the right tools to create a unique method adapted to the ongoing projects. My experience in European projects allows me to synthesize project requirements with the product world.

I highly value cross-functionality and versatility to acquire and develop skills that enable me to understand the entire project lifecycle. I have also gained knowledge in programming languages and development, and become familiar with the technical aspects of organizational digital transformation. In summary: excellent at nothing, bad at nothing, but a jack-of-all-trades and always open to new challenges, even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone.

Passionate about tech and digital issues, I have initiated and participated, voluntarily or otherwise, in several projects for territorial structuring (mobility, telecom, environment, agriculture...). I also help small structures and associations that may not have the means to embark on digital transformation by creating web products or services (websites, CRM, ERP, or e-commerce solutions) by acting as an integrator of existing solutions.
