Detection of Hidden Dynamics. I identify unspoken tensions, hidden fears, masked resistances, power dynamics. What 80% of consultants miss because they rely on self-reporting.

The deliverable is a 10 to 15-page written report, handed to the executive at the end of the 5-day sprint. It is structured in five parts:

Page 1 - Executive Summary. Summary of major findings, identified risks, and action priorities.

Pages 2–3 - Structural Diagnosis. Analysis of visible organizational dysfunctions: missing processes, inadequate tools, coordination defects (…).

Pages 4–6 - Human Diagnosis. Documentation of psychological blockages and invisible dynamics that explain why obvious solutions do not work. Each blockage is presented with factual field observation, supported interpretation, and measured impact on the organization.
