As an in-person instructor at the SUPINFO computer science school, I train students in developing key skills such as project management, team dynamics, the use of team management tools, and other essential competencies. My goal is to prepare them for success in a professional environment by providing them with the necessary tools to effectively manage projects while fostering collaboration within teams. I teach both practical and theoretical courses on various topics, such as ITIL, team communication, and IT project coordination. Through real case studies and collaborative projects, I guide students in resolving the challenges they encounter in the professional world. With these skills, students are able to, for example, successfully coordinate teams and projects, develop leadership skills, change management, complex problem-solving, and much more.
