My career has led me to manage entire HR departments with significant exposure to multi-site and matrix environments, in close collaboration with general management and international groups.

I intervene notably on HR structuring missions, change management, optimization of commercial and operational organizations, as well as strategic projects impacting social governance: reorganizations, compensation system evolution, collective negotiations, complex social relations management, and securing practices in accordance with French labor law.
