Mechatronics applied to SATCOM: Taking charge of two programs as well as their cross-functional management and monitoring. This involves managing 4 projects for 2 major clients, totaling €8 million in revenue. The team for these 2 programs relies on a project team and several cross-functional departments, covering 10 different areas.

Project Types:

- Production of complete naval and land systems

- Design, development, and integration of systems on client sites

- Development of supervision and simulation software

- Obsolescence of IT and software equipment, configuration management

As a consultant, I also provide constant support in implementing digital tools and new processes. This includes setting up and using Jira and Confluence, managing workload planning with MS Project, and applying Obeya and iterative methodologies.

Pre-sales Project Manager: Leading responses to tenders in collaboration with 2 estimators, group directors, and a director per BU depending on the topic. A total of 10 tender responses were submitted.

Germany Project Manager: The complete B2B coffee machine after-sales service system is to be deployed in Germany. This launch relies on the group's strength by deploying 6 technical departments, recruiting and deploying 20 German technicians, 1 director, and 3 supervisors for a revenue of €10 million.

IVVQ & Special Machine Sourcing Manager: As part of the design and deployment of automated test benches (mechatronic fixturing) for integrating robotic cells, an IVVQ department was established comprising 3 technicians. Study of production lines to integrate 3 AGVs and a DAS measurement machine. These activities are carried out in collaboration with the industrialization design office, the core development design office, 1 product manager, and 1 project manager. A total of 5 pieces of equipment were deployed, along with 3 software versions.

Develop and integrate AGV systems on client sites for U-logistics (30 AGVs) and Air-France cargo (20 AGVs). Level 2 support for all clients.
