When an organization loses operational clarity, the first signs appear long before a crisis.
Decisions slow down. Responsibilities become blurred. Processes exist but are no longer applied. Financial data no longer reflects the reality on the ground. Employees compensate for system weaknesses instead of being able to rely on them.
This is when I step in.
I support organizations in restoring governance, clarifying responsibilities, strengthening their organizational structure, and bringing operational processes back under control. My goal is never to replace teams or add complexity, but to identify what still works, correct what no longer works, and leave behind an organization capable of moving forward autonomously.
My interventions generally begin with a diagnosis, followed by a targeted action plan, its implementation, and skills transfer to the teams. Whether it concerns governance, organization, operational processes, or steering, my mission remains the same: to re-establish control without disrupting what already works.
For over 30 years, I have been working with private companies, international organizations, associations, and public institutions in France, Belgium, and Israel, often in contexts of rapid growth, organizational complexity, or loss of operational control.
