Olivier Duquéroy

After studying Law and completing a thesis on Franchise Law in 1987, Olivier Duquéroy founded his first company and opened 7 real estate agencies, then decided to put his studies into practice by creating the Trans Europ’Immobilier franchise.

After several years, he sold his company and network and joined a group composed of real estate companies, construction companies, and a business development support firm. He stayed there for 18 years before joining a major real estate chain, which he developed nationally.

Recognized for his skills in development and franchising, he was contacted by a hotel and restaurant chain for which he became Franchise and Development Director. For 6 years, he developed the brand, recruited, managed, and supported franchisees for this network, which grew from regional to national.

His career continued within a construction group, where he created a franchise concept for passive energy houses and implemented the first franchisees.

Recruited by a Bio-stimulant company, he worked there and developed a national commercial network while being responsible for creating a franchised concept.

Today, at Rupella Consulting, Olivier DUQUEROY is in charge of developing several franchised networks, as well as recruiting franchisees for these brands.

He is also in charge of creating and launching two new concepts that will soon be offered on the Franchise market.
