My professional experiences in the private, public, and associative sectors, as well as my training, have enabled me to acquire the skills to build and prepare training actions.

Assess the level of trainees for group formation, lead collective or individual training actions, and personalize vocabulary and materials.

Manage, regulate, and remedy behavioral difficulties within a group of learners, identify individual difficulties and remedy them, analyze session progress and adjust my practice.

I act as a trainer but also as a consultant for file audits or office software efficiency, on Microsoft Office Pack software and applications and their equivalents under Windows and MacOS. I have experience in office software training with a "E-Learning" / in-person alternation and 100% remote training via TEAMS or ZOOM, as well as mixed groups.

I support trainees in evaluation, preparation, and certification for PCIE, TOSA, and ENI.
