As part of my assignment at the Fondation Partage, I was responsible for implementing a comprehensive HSE (Hygiene, Safety, Environment) plan for all of the organization's buildings. This foundation, which works in the social and logistics sector, required a rigorous approach adapted to its complex activities.

I began with a detailed risk analysis of the premises, identifying sensitive areas (storage areas, workshops, loading/unloading spaces, etc.). I then developed clear safety procedures, including signage, evacuation routes, waste management, and emergency protocols (fire, accident, spills, etc.).

The plan also included:

Optimization of traffic flow to reduce the risk of accidents between personnel and logistics vehicles;

Implementation of regular hygiene controls, particularly in food storage areas;

A policy for raising awareness and training staff on best practices in safety and environmental protection;

Clear technical sheets for each procedure, easily accessible to employees.

Thanks to this structured approach and my ability to communicate with the various trades present on site, the HSE plan was effectively adopted by all teams. This work allowed me to demonstrate my skills in HSE project management, internal audits, and the management of continuous improvement plans.

In a highly secure banking environment subject to strict excellence standards, I was mandated to work on the Hygiene, Safety, and Environment aspects at Edmond de Rothschild Bank in Geneva.

My role consisted of diagnosing the overall state of the facilities from an HSE perspective, then designing a customized prevention plan, in close coordination with site managers and general services. I ensured that the procedures complied not only with current Swiss standards but also with the internal compliance and confidentiality requirements specific to the banking sector.

The work performed included:

Precise risk mapping (fire, intrusion, electrical hazards, workstation ergonomics);

Implementation of reinforced security protocols for technical access and sensitive areas;

Standardization of maintenance and cleaning procedures with a high level of requirement, including specific disinfection of common areas, meeting rooms, and sensitive surfaces;

Development of a quality control system to ensure continuous monitoring of HSE services;

Coordination with maintenance and reception teams to ensure overall operational consistency.

My intervention contributed to strengthening the safety culture within the institution, while enhancing the bank's brand image through a clean, safe, and compliant working environment that meets the highest standards of the financial sector.
