Services can be provided with and without visits if requested.

Rental management:

- Lease drafting, inventory of fixtures, security deposit, rent receipts, advice on property income tax returns, management of tenant disputes and return of security deposits

Buyer and tenant search:

- Ad drafting, viewings, verification of tenant/buyer financing, negotiation, due diligence management (technical diagnostics, co-ownership documents...)

Co-ownership management:

- Administrative management, invoice payment, provision calls and regularization, general meeting convocation, general meeting holding, work and claim monitoring

Tax advice: income tax returns 2044, 2042, SCI management, calculation of investment profitability

The hourly rate is €45, expertise missions are by quote.
