Project Manager for Business Ownership within the Retail Credit Risk Department - Responsible for monitoring credit risks for the retail and professional banking sector, covering mortgages, personal loans, business loans, and overdrafts. Intervention within the Decision Support Systems team, in charge of:

- Retail transformation projects

- Daily operational monitoring of credit scoring

- Implementation and monitoring of credit risk strategies covering credit granting decisions, regulatory calculations (PD/EAD/LGD) of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA)

- Implementation and monitoring of new credit policy decisions: Covid-19, HCSF Drafting and validation of functional and technical specifications, programming/configuration, and testing of rules in decision support systems and data analysis tools (SAS). Animation and pacing of projects managed: Steering committees and workshops Conducting ad-hoc analyses via SAS Close and regular collaboration with partners from the Risk Department, Retail Banking, and IT Department. Daily relationship management with internal partners who are both clients/suppliers within the scope of managed activities.

Project Manager for Business Ownership within the Change ALCM (Assets, Liabilities & Capital Management) team, in the finance department. Intervention on system or process change projects such as:

- Implementation of a reporting tool for interest rate risk management

- Implementation of changes related to regulatory evolutions (Net Stable Funding Ratio Delegated Act, Intraday Liquidity Monitoring, Additional Monitoring Metrics, daily capability…)

- Integration of new products related to Brexit; impact analysis and deployment

- Or process optimization in conjunction with the HSBC Group in London or India, among others. Working with Finance, Business, Risk, and IT teams to implement projects for ALCM. Definition of project plans, identification of solutions to meet internal client needs while ensuring adherence to appropriate testing and validation steps (testing strategies, data validation, target processes…)

Definition and translation of business needs through the various project management cycles – functional, user, system & data needs, incorporating acceptance testing. Coordination of schedules with Group Change and IT teams, testing strategies (including user and functional testing). Verification of acceptance plans and their adequacy (non-regression tests, system integration, defect tracking…). Coordination of all stakeholders (including defect tracking, validation...). Implementation of tools and solutions so that everything meets business needs. Analysis of proposed modifications, impact analysis, and necessary configuration changes. Responding to ALCM ad-hoc analysis requests, such as data analysis or rapid implementation of system solutions.
