Olivier Brisac

Entrepreneur or manager in the digital field for 20 years, I have solid experience in managing P&L of activities with a strong online component.

I currently support companies in two ways:

> Transition management: P&L management, marketing management.

> Consulting: strategy, digital, marketing.

My skills are primarily related to marketing (branding, acquisition, loyalty) but I have also developed skills in finance, logistics, law, and governance (management of boards and stakeholders).

Very analytical, I know how to measure and analyze the performance of an activity.

I also support start-up leaders to help them take a step back from operations, think about their organization, imagine new markets, new compensation models, raise funds, etc.

I also support them in implementing good governance practices with their investors: performance tracking indicators, information feedback, planning and preparation of board meetings or general assemblies, etc.
