Experienced part-time CFO / Financial Director - I support you during a transition or restructuring phase!

I have a particular fondness for the manufacturing/industrial sector... but I am obviously curious beyond that. In any case, I need to be interested in the business to feel fully invested in my mission.

I have successfully completed a number of large-scale restructuring projects, bringing them back to profitability.

Multidisciplinary and a generalist at heart, I am committed to supporting the CEO through a new phase until a sustainable solution is found for the future.

I offer my services "part-time", between 1 and 4 days a week, for a duration to be defined (from several weeks up to a year).
