Olivier Blanc

With a background in Electronics and Computer Engineering, I initially specialized in Embedded Systems and began my career at Indeep, an electronics design office based in Annecy.

I then moved into Web technologies, for which I trained myself online, particularly through the excellent sites OpenClassrooms and Udemy, where I continue to learn to stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies.

I worked as a web developer for 3 years at Oz Conseil, a communication agency based in Annecy. There, I was responsible for the creation and maintenance of websites, including the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Banque Populaire's sailing sponsorship website. I also handled the company's systems and network administration.

Since September 2019, I have been offering my services as an independent web developer. I have regular clients in the Annecy and Grenoble areas. I also undertake short-term assignments for occasional clients.

I am an active member of CodinGame, a gamified programming site for developers, which allows me to maintain and develop my programming skills while having fun, and potentially find clients.

I am also active on France IOI, a programming and algorithmic training site, where I practice to improve my algorithmic skills and where I help a small group of young aspiring programmers.
