About Olivier

SRE & Kubernetes for SaaS publishers — Sovereign infrastructure, high availability, 24/7

Your SaaS platform is growing. The infrastructure must keep up — without making you dependent on AWS, GCP or Azure, and without exploding your costs.
Since 2019, I have been operating 100% sovereign Kubernetes infrastructures (in France or elsewhere) for SaaS publishers, on multi-datacenter dedicated servers. Production IT management.

You are probably in the right place if:
👉 Your SaaS is becoming critical and you need reliable 24/7 operation
👉 You want to migrate to Kubernetes without depending on hyperscalers
👉 Your developers are wasting time on infrastructure instead of coding
👉 Your cloud bills are unpredictable and difficult to justify

What I implement for you:
✔️ Highly available Kubernetes cluster on French sovereign infrastructure
✔️ Kubernetes migration from your current stack (Docker, VMs, hyperscaler cloud)
✔️ Custom CI/CD — fast, secure, autonomous deployments for your developers
✔️ Advanced monitoring + 24/7 proactive incident management
✔️ Daily support for development teams
✔️ Continuous performance and cost optimization

What sets me apart:
🇫🇷 Sovereign infrastructure that can be 100% French, data hosted in France or in the country of your choice
🔓 Portable and independent stack — you remain free to change hosts at any time
📦 No vendor lock-in, no surprise on the bill
🔧 A single point of contact who knows your production in detail

My approach:
I don't deliver a Kubernetes cluster and then disappear. I become the outsourced SRE for your team: I operate, I monitor, I anticipate, and I support your developers on a daily basis.
Your infrastructure becomes a stable and scalable asset — not a source of stress.

Let's chat for 30 minutes about your SaaS platform and your infrastructure challenges.

Kubernetes Migration of an ISO 27001 Compliance SaaS
Sector:Compliance / Cybersecurity SaaS (CISO, audit, awareness)

My role: technical direction and execution of the POC, migration, and IT management

    Context
The client was publishing a compliance SaaS on VMs: manual backups and patches, no CI/CD. Before investing in dedicated infrastructure, I always validate through a POC that the application works well in Kubernetes and handles the load. This allowed the client to validate the transition to dedicated infrastructure with minimal investment.

    Synergy with developers
By building the CI/CD, we worked together to make the application more resilient and deployable across multiple datacenters: sessions moved out of the application container and shareable between pods, business data externalized to the database, file storage switched to S3, read/write separation in the database. We also rationalized the application stack to limit the number of components to operate.

    Once the POC was validated
Sovereign platform at OVH, multi-datacenter, complete CI/CD, without vendor lock-in: public registries, client's GitLab.

    Daily IT management
I manage this platform daily as an expert: 24/7 supervision with early detection of weak signals before they impact users, alerts focused on real incidents, and direct access to answer developers' questions, assist with deployments, and intervene on incidents or optimizations. The multi-datacenter architecture absorbs the loss of a site without service interruption.

    Result
No more manual production by the client, multiple deployments per day, automatic update of all single-tenant clients, fixed cost, ISO 27001 compliance demonstrable on an infrastructure itself certified.

Project to implement network and application monitoring tools. Olivier has a complete mastery of the Linux / python / django environment we are using and quickly implemented the monitoring. The operational team was able to provide feedback for adaptation. Furthermore, after gaining access to these tools, Olivier helped us optimize certain back-office processes. Efficient remote exchanges via Git platform and issues. See you soon, for sure.
