Management of accounting - tax declarations, treasury, HR and legal affairs of a real estate development company (11 people); recruitment and management of an accountant.

Support for executives and internal growth of the group from €5 million in consolidated turnover in 2020 to a forecast of €32 million for 2024:

- General Accounting: Supervision of the general accounting of SCCVs and consolidated results in conjunction with the accounting firm and statutory auditors, recruitment and training of accountants. Definition of a fast-close process.

- Management Control: Implementation of an economic business plan based on progress and a budget matrix, semi-annual review.

- Treasury: Development of a cash flow forecast using the treasury software AGICAP with EBICS interface.

- Information Systems: Responsible for the deployment of Primpromo (ERP); with interface and deployment of SAGE 1000 accounting/payments banking modules. Fixed assets/Sales/Taxation modules.

- Legal: Creation of SCCV/SNC, review of treasury agreements and the group's legal structure with law firms and accounting firms.

- Social (in 2021-2022): Sending payroll variables to the external provider; deployment of Cleemy expense reports. Monitoring new hires and employment contracts.

Management controller and sales administration manager for the Lyon and Annecy development agencies. Approximately €100 million in IFRS 15 turnover and 40 employees. Supervision of three employees.

- Monitoring of operation margins under Primpromo. Budget process and 4-year plan under Pilot Immo.

- Control of agency EBITDA.

- Cash flow plan for SCCVs under Primpromo. Validation of credit line reductions/terminations and equity injections in conjunction with the treasury department.

- Various reporting for headquarters (land, schedules, off-plan stock, at-risk expenses). Sales administration manager (monitoring of financing and client files up to notary signatures, issuance of calls for funds and debt collection).
