I have two complementary activities for this purpose:

collective intelligence facilitation and graphic facilitation.

COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE FACILITATION allows teams to pause, take the time to listen to understand, co-build, and better move forward together!

GRAPHIC FACILITATION illustrates, inks, and disseminates complex discussions or ideas for a shared understanding by and for all.

But how did I get here?

During my 10 years of experience in IT project management, where collaborators would discuss for a long time without understanding each other, I very often found myself grabbing a marker and drawing my understanding of the discussions on whiteboards, having it validated/adjusted by everyone, and highlighting points of doubt to explore them further. Participants then had a clear graphic summary and knew the next steps to take.

These two skills of synthesis and sharing were already part of my 10 years of experience.

I was missing the aesthetic and fun aspect, which are very valuable for better maintaining the attention of participants or recipients, which is why I trained in graphic facilitation in recent years.
