There was a moment when everything fell apart...

No more desire to get up in the morning, no more meaning to life, no more alignment with the system in which I was evolving.

I experienced managerial toxicity, as well as that of colleagues, the kind that doesn't make noise but wears you down daily.

And I understood that remaining in rebellion changes nothing. To transform a system, you must first understand it from the inside.

I then chose to train myself, to question myself, to work on myself as much as on organizations.

What exhausted me was not the work.

It was the gap between what I saw as possible... and what the structures actually allowed.
