- Ensure the relay of the Retail Bank's commercial policy in the market for professionals (artisans, retailers, liberal professions) and for individual mortgage loans

- Participate in the development and animation of the Paris Regional Directorate by supporting expert departments (loans, cash flow, mortgage referrals, decision-making, i.e., over 120 employees) and by organizing meetings/training/working groups.

- Management of the financial engineers team (6 employees)

- Execution and monitoring of the Île de France region's action plan in partnership with the BNP Paribas agency network

- Development of relationships with opinion leaders in the healthcare sector (ARS/orders/unions)

- Development of relationships with referral partners (chartered accountants / lawyers) => +20% activity, i.e., 72,000 million euros in loans implemented
