Strengths:

Creative, logical solution approaches and determination in implementing improvements characterize me. My background as a Product Owner and Scrum Master helps me to quickly assess the feasibility of agile methodologies and make decisions.

As an Agile Native, I grew up in software development with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and not only practice agile methods but also live them in my daily work. I enjoy challenging tasks and challenges in agile frameworks that push me to my limit as a Scrum Master the most.

Work style:

I am a facilitator for the team members and make it my core task to bring out the maximum potential from a team and its members with the help of agile methods. The human being is my priority, I am empathetic in my approach, empower team members to deliver excellent work, but also value fact-based & data-driven decision-making, especially when it comes to implementing new strategies and making groundbreaking decisions.

I remove obstacles and create conditions to foster creativity, and use retrospectives & individual coaching to initiate changes, thus iteratively increasing the team's maturity. This ensures that every team member, as well as the team as a collective, continuously improves.

Willingness to travel for occasional on-site assignments exists.
