Designed the MVP for a new content moderation tool, achievi ng a 100% correct decision rate and customer effort score of 6.3/7 in usability testing, both exceeding success thresholds. Created a proof of concept for in-store age verification at British American Tobacco, piloted at Westfield Shopping Centre, leading to a global rollout and securing Altria Group as a new enterprise client. Designed an 'age password' feature to streamline repeat verification, which received 86% adoption in testing and entry to tec hs backlog.

Introduced sorting and filtering to ClearScore's core marketplace verticals, significantly improving usability and conversion. Shaped onboarding flows and personalised credit report insights to improve app retention.
