- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Job advertisements and applicant communication, conducting interviews, sparring for hiring managers, interview guidelines, building efficient recruiting processes

- HR Business Partner: Advice on labor law issues, talent management, consulting for managers on compensation, feedback culture, conflicts, etc.

I bring extensive experience with tricky HR topics, labor law, and collective agreement law, and have conducted several complex employee discussions. On a factual and solution-oriented level, I have also been able to advance several topics with the works council.

I focus on HR work with all my heart and support you professionally and completely remotely with all operational and project-related HR tasks.
