• Building customer profiling and scoring (often combined) to determine purchasing and consumption behavior profiles based on targeted objectives: loyal customers, at-risk profiles, customers suitable for up-sell, cross-sell, etc.

• Design, maintenance, and evolution of automated PBI reports to promote self-service data consumption and streamline ad-hoc request workload

• Participation in the implementation of an ad-hoc task and project management tool to ensure timely delivery

• Support and training for internal clients

• Data enrichment, normalization, storage, and deletion: management of undeliverable mail (NPAI); updating customer data, etc.

• Exploitation of external and open data: INSEE SIRENE directory; data from providers Dun & Bradstreet, Sparklane

• Project management: GDPR compliance; CRM data migration

• Study and analysis to assess data quality and implement technical solutions to optimize data collection.
