I worked as the mobile lead on a high-security investment application that allowed users to create and manage their investment portfolios and follow personalized investment plans. The app included several security-critical operations, requiring strong protection mechanisms.

I led a mobile team of five developers and was responsible for delivering the project from scratch. This included defining the architecture, setting up CI/CD pipelines, implementing automated testing with reporting, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration as well as developing and presenting features to the client. The application used KMP to share the entire business layer across both iOS and Android.

I worked as the mobile lead on an in-app tokenization library developed for a banking client. The library was designed to be integrated directly into the bank’s mobile application, enabling secure communication with the TSP and other internal banking services.

My responsibilities included leading the mobile development efforts, analysing incomplete documentation, and conducting a discovery phase to clarify technical requirements. I oversaw the implementation on both iOS and Android, ensuring alignment with security standards and performance goals. Additionally, I prepared comprehensive integration documentation to make adoption within the bank’s app as smooth as possible.

FinTech solution designed for professionals in a large creative industry sector. The project focused on improving financial transparency and reducing operational risk between service providers and their clients.

The goal was to address common issues such as delayed payments, financial exposure during project delivery, and misalignment around project scope. The solution introduced a dedicated payment method integrated with a mobile app to streamline transaction tracking, authorisation flows, and auditability.

My role was a mobile developer for two native platforms: Android and iOS. I set up the project from scratch, including choosing an architecture aligned with the project’s scope, configuring CI/CD pipelines for both platforms, and implementing automated testing with test reporting to meet project requirements. I then continued developing features for both apps and performed code reviews for my Android and iOS colleague who later joined the project.
