Description

I currently work as an Odoo functional consultant at Kernet, helping companies implement and adapt their ERP to fit their actual way of working. My day-to-day involves understanding processes, organizing information, and finding simpler and more efficient ways to do things within the system.

Before taking this step, I spent 7 and a half years at Decathlon, a period that has been a great school for me. Retail, with its pace, data volume, and constant decision-making, allowed me to learn a great deal about team management, operations, analysis, and continuous improvement.

I enjoy working with data, processes, and systems, but most of all with the people who use them. I particularly enjoy when I manage to organize something complex, optimize a process, or find a clearer way of working.

Outside of work, I am also a very structured and curious person. I like learning new things, understanding how systems work, and analyzing information to make better decisions. Sports are an important part of my life, especially hybrid training, which combines different disciplines and aims for balanced improvement.

I try to apply that same logic at work: understanding the whole, improving little by little, and building solutions that truly work in day-to-day life.
