My role involves working with the data insight and operation managers to provide valuable and quality data/information to drive service improvement, and to help achieve strategic business objectives. Delivering analytical projects that helps to shape business decisions and provide fair, accessible, and easy complaint handling process to clients . This is accomplished using tools such as CRM, SSRS, Excel and balanced Scorecard. My main responsibilities includes;

-Working with the data team to device the approach to ensure the integrity of Organisation key business data and maintain business effectiveness. Preparing reports by liaising with internal colleagues, head of departments as well as external clients to gather required information.

-Undertaking data mining and analysis to meet ad-hoc ongoing needs and preparing report suitable for internal and external audiences.

-Develop analysis models to forecast future trends in the Legal and Claims management sectors to support planning within the organisation.

-Assist Colleagues produce evidence based responses to consultations and policy proposals.

-Develop and maintain organisation Data Dictionary and Business Intelligence Glossary.

-Gathering and reporting requirement on behalf of operations and liaising with IT to develop them.

-Supporting and coaching operation colleagues on basic query and analytical skills.

-Making sure outgoing work meets required quality standards and reports are clear and concise.

-Undertaking periodic and focused data audits to support data quality improvement.

-Assisting with collation and maintenance of organisation balanced score card and corporate performance management.

-Development and implementation of testing plan to deliver insights to inform future performance.

My role as a Material Planner involved supporting the planning team to ensure a smooth running of the packaging business to make sure that the business transport and material needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring customer/supplier deliveries are received on time, booked in and delivered in full. Main duties includes;

-Planning and forecasting packaging requirement according to business need Using SAP & Excel.

-Monitoring department KPI to make sure the business is always on track.

-Booking incoming and outgoing delivery vehicles to the sites Goods in Calendar

-Supervising packaging deliveries to make sure they meet the required quality standard

-Working closely with Quality teams, ensuring food products received are in date, returning faulty stock, and reporting findings to relevant departments

-Keeping site stock levels in line with warehouse capacity and also to meet production requirement.

-Liaising with Suppliers to order, change or cancel material orders as needed.

-Raising purchase orders, attaching PO to calendar and raising invoices for finance department

-Deputizing for Factory Planner t make sure the factory runs according to plan

-Managing the consumables stock level and raising orders when required.

Ensuring all outgoing work meets required quality standards and completed on time. Reviewing existing reporting with key stakeholders and giving recommendations for future formats. Communicating operational trends and competitions clearly to all stake holders and the team. Development and implementation of testing plan to deliver insights to inform future game design. Carrying out ad hoc data analysis and project requirements gathhering as at when needed. Presentation of findings in a clear and concise manner with interpretation and recommendations. Providing measurement support to the social team to illustrate game performance and trends. Providing analysis support to drive real time tracking and understanding of Social trends.
