• Brand Architecture & Design System: visual identity, design tokens, consistent UI across six language versions and all touchpoints

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, TailwindCSS — responsive, offline-capable PWA with real-time collaboration and multi-currency splitting

• UX & Information Architecture: Multi-City Flows as well as six standalone acquisition tools (Travel Map, Cost Calculator, Packing List, Trip Recap, Personality Quiz, Magic Parser)

• SEO & Content Strategy: structured data (JSON-LD), hreflang across six languages, affiliate integration (Travelpayouts), Google Tag Manager

• Integrations: Amadeus API for live flight/hotel search, own MCP server (npm: 1trippulse-mcp-server) with 28 tools

Kaffiy is a B2B SaaS loyalty platform for cafés, which I, as founder and creative technologist, was responsible for from concept and brand architecture to launch.

Three coordinated interfaces with a common design language:

• Customer App (mobile UI, QR-based transactions, points transfer)

• Café Owner Dashboard (Admin, Reward Configuration, Analytics)

• Barista POS (Cash register, real-time points awarding)

• Own B2B acquisition system: WhatsApp lead-gen bot and Flask dashboard with qualification logic and operator workflow

• UX writing, component standards, and complete design documentation as a single source of truth

As a freelance Founder's Associate, I supported WiseDesk (SaaS startup) with operations and product topics, focusing on workflow architecture, system integration, and rapid implementation.

Focus areas:

• Workflow Design: conceptualized and implemented over 10 automated business processes in n8n; reduced manual effort, accelerated client onboarding

• System Integrations: connected APIs and third-party services across the operational stack

• Product & Compliance Research: analyzed tax systems at the US federal and state level and translated them into concrete product or compliance recommendations

• Stakeholder Communication: weekly reviews with founders, co-shaped iteration decisions
