Building on my various experiences in startups and generally in a highly entrepreneurial environment, I know how much, in these structures, leaders or their employees spend too much of their days (evenings, and often weekends) on low-value-added tasks, preventing them from focusing on their company's business, which can ultimately hinder its growth.
Very often, if they handle these varied, time-consuming, yet easily delegable tasks themselves, it's because hiring a full-time employee is not yet justified.
Theoma was born out of this need: THE Office Manager.
Theoma offers three different types of services:

3) Office Management.
