- Participation in performance review meetings with international markets and definition of operational improvement plans

- Support for the Direct to Consumer offline (Boutiques) development strategy

- Conducting competitive intelligence on Retail innovations and competition by channel

- Ad-hoc analyses and studies related to ongoing Customer Experience transformation projects
