Creation of formats and duplication. Implementation of an event calendar and strategy, both internal and external. Creation of facilitation tools. Partnership relations with 110 members of the Agency: municipalities, companies, and associations in the Strasbourg area, establishing networks and meeting opportunities. Media liaison, creation of press releases, interview responses, and testimonials.
