Acting as Data Steward for the E-Invoicing program within a regulated banking environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Production and maintenance of the Data & Dictionary Asset Classification for each information system within the program

• Definition, documentation, and governance of Data Asset Classification and Data Dictionaries across invoicing-related systems

• Assessment of data criticality, sensitivity, and regulatory impact (financial, operational, compliance)

• Alignment of data classification practices with group data governance standards

• Contribution to audit-readiness, data traceability, and data quality across end-to-end invoicing data flows

This role supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and structured data governance across multiple information systems.

• Supervision and support for business teams in implementing the AXA France Data & AI Governance strategy.

• Development of a monitoring tool in Python and PySpark to track the quality and reliability of data on the Azure Datalake from PowerBI.

• MLOps, requirements gathering, and creation of GenAI POCs addressing various business issues.

• Training and support for Data Stewards (P&C insurance) on best practices for governance and documentation of critical data in Collibra.

• Data acculturation across AXA France through the creation of simplified content in the form of videos and publications on Teams.

• Inventory, mapping, governance, and management of Databricks Datadatalabs (P&C insurance scope): usage management, compliance, identification, and naming of responsible parties.

• Documentation of critical datasets in Collibra, requiring information gathering from over 20 stakeholders.

• Conducting cross-functional projects focused on aligning governance and data products.

• Analysis of over 10 million transactions using SQL and PySpark for business acceptance testing, pre and post-migration to the Datalake. (Scope: Transactions & Payments France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, USA, London, Hong Kong, etc.).

• Conducted causal analyses on discrepancies between legacy systems and the Datalake, leading to the redesign of critical pipelines.

• Modeled data tables and constructed Business Views (business tables) in the Datalake, facilitating cross-functional analysis for finance and compliance teams.

• Created strategic dashboards with Power BI for 3 business units.
