Architect in Canada at an international firm, I participated in various projects: high-end residential, private villas, retirement homes, industrial hangars, and public spaces.

My role covered all phases of project design & programming:

- Architectural, urban, and interior design (plans, sketches, layouts)

- 3D modeling and realistic renderings for project presentation and validation

- Production of graphic and technical documents for building permits and tender documents.

Notable achievements:

○ Project of 230 luxury chalets in Bromont ($100M).

Participation in the architectural and urban design of a vast mountain chalet estate. Creation of plans, 3D digital models on Revit, feasibility studies, coordination with architects, engineers, and technologists. Contribution to interior design and high-end finishes.

○ Secondary villa on an exceptional site by the Saint Lawrence River.

Complete project design: plans, sketches, 3D modeling, and visual renderings. Preparation of graphic documents for the building permit and tender documents. Drawing of technical details in collaboration with building technologists.

○ Hangars for aviation.

Creation of 3D digital models, site layout studies, and technical coordination for several aviation hangars. Close collaboration with technical teams to integrate specific constraints related to this type of industrial program.

○ Large-capacity retirement home.

Work on architectural and urban design. Sketches, creation of realistic perspective renderings for client presentations and permit applications. Collaboration with a specialized architect, an urban planner, and a technologist to ensure regulatory compliance and project coherence.

Collaborating architect in a five-person firm, I worked on various projects: restaurants, student housing, villa renovation and construction, transformation of annexes into dwellings, collective housing design, etc.

My role covered all phases of design, programming, and execution:

- Consultation of companies, analysis of quotes, drafting of work contracts

- Creation of schedules and site supervision until project acceptance

Renovation and expansion project. Architectural design and interior layout, programming, cost estimation. Submission of a modification permit, creation of regulatory documents (accessibility, fire safety standards). Consultation of companies, comparison of quotes, drafting of work contracts, site supervision, and deadline adherence.

○ Student housing

Renovation and construction project for student housing. Creation of graphic documents for tender documents, interior architecture work, and common space design. Collaboration with technical design offices and the control office for regulatory compliance.

○ Annex transformed into Airbnb accommodation

Complete project design: programming, plans, sketches, cost estimation. Building permit submission, company consultation, offer analysis, and contract drafting. Site supervision until commissioning.

○ New and renovated villas

Design, creation of graphic and written documents for building permits and tender documents. Drafting of work contracts, creation of schedules, and site supervision.
