I currently work as a junior freelance in full remote for almost 2 years, specifically in data analysis and collection, mainly in artificial intelligence (LLM), linguistics, and search engine engineering in French and English. Open to short-term and long-term assignments, I have had the opportunity to evolve through various projects: from transcription to annotation, on the French market but with reporting in English. To strengthen my overall theoretical knowledge of AI, I completed the "Introduction to AI" course by MinnaLearn and the University of Helsinki, and I am currently taking their "Building AI" course.

Previously, I developed my career mainly around customer relations and the telecommunications sector: 10 years of experience with several companies in both front and back office. Trained in reception and commercial negotiation in B2C or B2B, CRM follow-up (SAP, Salesforce, and company-specific software), customer satisfaction monitoring, dispute resolution, and after-sales service. I have acquired and developed skills such as active listening, proactivity, stress management, mastery of classic office tools (Office suite), positive communication, and autonomy.

Passionate about new technologies, foreign languages, and travel, I am fluent in English, have a B1 level in Spanish, an A2 level in Russian, and am currently learning Wolof (A2 level), a language spoken in Senegal, where I moved at the end of 2024 as a foreign resident. However, my micro-enterprise is based in Bordeaux, France.
