- Deploy and optimize the recruitment strategy for business and engineering schools.

- Recruitment of consultants (Internships and permanent contracts) up to hiring and candidate support

- Management of school relations and partnerships with the administration of target schools and student associations (Top 10 schools)

- Coordination, organization, and logistical follow-up of numerous school events aimed at strengthening visibility and promoting employer brand through school forums, internal events, lectures, consultant presentations, dinners, conferences...

- Participation in internal events and forums

- Development of company values

- Employer branding development

- Work daily with the Human Resources Managers of different entities (sales and corporate functions) and operational managers to identify their recruitment needs.

- Drafting and posting of offers on job boards.

- Contribute to the talent sourcing strategy on social networks and by participating in various events and school forums

- Conduct interviews with candidates from A to Z

- Job offer proposal and drafting of the employee's offer letter

- Guarantee of the deployment of the HR strategy and candidate experience.

- Participate in cross-functional projects
