Reinforced CEJ program - active portfolio of 60 young people. Conduct of individual interviews: 10 to 15 interviews per week. Organization and coordination of the CEJ program: planning, management of collective times, liaison with partners, monitoring of actions. Design and facilitation of collective workshops for skills acquisition. Administrative follow-up of pathways, updating of monitoring tools, and formalization of reports and summary elements.

• Participation in the analysis and individualized monitoring of complex situations in conjunction with teams and partners.

• Implementation of tools and actions facilitating inclusion.

Management of individual situations requiring listening, appropriate posture, and discretion. Daily coordination with educational teams and administrative follow-up of situations.
