A 3D Modeler and Animator specializing in Spline and Blender is responsible for creating high quality 3D assets and animations used in digital products, websites, and visual media. The role combines artistic creativity with technical skills to produce models, scenes, and motion that communicate ideas clearly and enhance user experience.

The work begins with building 3D models from concepts, sketches, or references. Objects, environments, and interface elements are modeled with attention to form, proportion, and visual clarity. Materials, textures, and lighting are applied to create realistic or stylized visuals depending on the project requirements. These assets are then animated to add motion, interaction, or visual storytelling.

Using Spline, the focus often shifts toward interactive 3D experiences designed for the web. Models and animations are prepared so they can be embedded directly into websites and digital interfaces, allowing users to explore scenes, interact with elements, or respond to motion triggered by scrolling or cursor movement. This type of work requires careful optimization to ensure that scenes remain lightweight and perform smoothly across devices and browsers.

Blender is commonly used for more detailed modeling, complex animation, and asset preparation before export. It allows the artist to sculpt shapes, create advanced lighting setups, and produce animations that can later be adapted for web environments or other media. Assets created in Blender can be refined and optimized before being imported into Spline or other platforms.

A 3D Modeler and Animator also collaborates closely with designers, developers, and creative teams to integrate 3D elements into broader projects. This may involve creating product visualizations, animated interface components, or background scenes that support branding and storytelling.

- Checking the project from its beginning till end so that it meets all the specifications of design, quality and client's need.Collaborating with other professionals;

- Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget;

- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;

- Consulting with client and all the engineers from BP team to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure

- Directing activities of colleagues engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents;

- Integrating engineering element into unified design;

• - Visit construction sites in order to verify technical architectural solutions;

• - Responsible for the accuracy of the information in the activity carried out;

• - Developing projects (from concept to execution files);

• - Detailing formwork and reinforcement plans;

• - Assure quality of production of all design outputs.
