• Analyze all management acts requested by the client during the life of their real estate loan, after its amortization, within the scope of their delegation level

• Develop, motivate, and support appropriate solutions for ongoing real estate loan files for Clients/Agents/Third Parties

• Preserve the commercial relationship with Clients/Agents while defending the Bank's interests

• Control the compliance of management act requests

• Process specific or exceptional requests

• Transmit to partners for implementation

• Lift the conditions for exceptional implementation before disbursing funds, then transmit them to partners for implementation

• Develop a trusting telephone relationship with the various stakeholders in a real estate project (Clients, Agents, Notaries, etc…)

• Manage telephone reception of clients

• Manage client emails and letters

• Follow up on after-sales service for files throughout the life of the loan

• Ensure the development of loan sales through commercial cross-selling

• Organize the daily schedule of the department and stocks

• Identify client projects

• Prepare revolving credit and personal loan files within the framework of inter-departmental cooperation

• Sell associated products (bank accounts, savings accounts, and bank cards)

• Sell financial solutions and ensure their follow-up,

• Prospect, manage client portfolios, and analyze clients' assets and income

• Negotiate rates and transactions,

• Prepare financing files,

• Sell insurance, phone campaigns, and after-sales service

• Promote the group's insurance products and services

• Sell associated services and bank cards
