Nuria Talavera

Education and ICT have always been a constant in my professional career, allowing me to explore the field, covering aspects from the conceptualization, design, and management of information systems and tools for teaching and learning to virtual teaching.

Since completing my Telecommunications Engineering studies, I have continuously worked directing and managing business projects where information and communication technologies are strategically used for business innovation, in areas such as training, management, communication, and dissemination.

In parallel, and for over 20 years, I have been a face-to-face university lecturer at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a virtual lecturer at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which has given me a deep understanding of the perspectives and needs of both faculty and students.

Currently, I am working on the application of generative artificial intelligence to internal training. I assist companies and organizations in designing clear, practical, and results-oriented digital training. I am particularly interested in how to transform internal knowledge, procedures, and dispersed documentation into useful, structured, and reusable training materials, always with pedagogical criteria, human review, and attention to confidentiality.
