After 15 years of experience as an employed draftsman, I decided to write a new chapter and embark on a new adventure!

Throughout my career, I have carried out numerous projects, both private and public, such as nursing homes, town halls, media libraries, individual housing, logistics/offices.

Renovations and new constructions in all project phases.

I offer my services as a subcontractor to assist you with a project or to handle a complete phase (preliminary design, detailed design, building permit, etc.). I also carry out point cloud surveys for current states.

I can also prepare your tender documents (DCE) from the necessary elements such as engineering plans, technical specifications (CCTP), descriptions, etc.

By entrusting me with your project, you will benefit from a single point of contact and a dedicated service within an agreed timeframe, while retaining your role as project manager.

As a professional concerned with the social and collaborative aspect, I am also available for regular meetings with my clients (depending on distance) to discuss your needs and any potential wishes.
