My Consumption Project – Digitalization of energy consumption monitoring Analysis of customer feedback related to the My Consumption application: identification of technical anomalies in fine and monthly data (unavailable data, inconsistencies, valuation errors), using the My Consumption decision tree and the Smile tool. Diagnosis of consumption anomalies: verification of data synchronization between CRM, ISU, SAP, C3, XData, Fredi, and Amadeus systems; processing of critical cases and creation of IRIS/Jira tickets for resolution. Automation of data flow analysis (readings, prices, customer agreements) using SQL and Python to improve early error detection on APIs (GetAllDataDaily, GetAllDataMonthlyV2) and speed up resolution. Participation in continuous product improvement committees with Data Science, Digital, Business, and CRC teams: optimization of customer journeys, anomaly processing, and response times.

Implementation of dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) on customer agreement statuses, data availability, rejection rates, and recurring anomalies (Datadog, Advanced Excel). Design of data reliability plans based on customer feedback, with a unique anomaly categorization, in line with regulatory requirements (GDPR, data access decree). Functional support for customer service advisors and sales representatives in using My Consumption and understanding business rules related to Linky/Gazpar meters.

Client: SNCF Project: 365TVX – Digitalization of track closure requests Collection and formalization of business needs for the digitalization of track closure requests (railway works). Drafting of functional specifications and coordination with technical teams to ensure traceability and reliability of requests. Participation in the design of functional test scenarios and monitoring of anomalies in an Agile environment. Analysis of data from closure requests to optimize processing times and improve user experience. Monitoring of application performance (Datadog, logs), identification of incidents, and proposal of corrective recommendations. Implementation of dashboards for real-time monitoring of project flows and key indicators.

Project: Mobile Application (iOS/Android) - Omni-services Squad Functional validation of backend and frontend tickets to ensure the quality of user journeys on mobile applications. Technical analysis of APIs and data flows to guarantee the reliability and consistency of exchanges. Implementation of automated tests with Cypress (Node.js) to improve test coverage and detect anomalies upstream. Collaboration with product and UX teams to identify friction points and propose customer-oriented evolutions. Conducted exploratory analysis on test data and formulated strategic recommendations for continuous feature optimization. Participation in Agile ceremonies and code reviews to ensure functional/technical alignment and adherence to quality standards.
