Golang is my preferred language for implementing and/or maintaining features.
Nevertheless, I always keep in mind that a language is above all a tool and that one must know how to adapt it according to each situation.
I also have some knowledge in front-end, particularly with React, but it is not my primary skill.
Beyond technical skills, good communication is very important to me because it is the basis for understanding as effectively and quickly as possible what need I must meet, what problem we want to solve.
Also, if I had to choose, I would say that the hybrid remote/on-site working model seems to be the most balanced for maintaining team cohesion.
